Q: How long does it take to ship my order?
A: Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days of placing the order.

A: We allow all items to be returned within 30 days of your original order date. If you are interested in returning an item, please email us your order number and we will mail a return label.
Q: How do I make changes to an existing order?
A: Changes can be made to existing orders as long as the order is still in the "Processing" status. Please contact our team via email and we will ensure that the required changes are applied. If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to make any changes to it. If you are not satisfied with the order you received, please contact us to make any changes you may need.
